I truly can not fathom how anyone could give this store anything less than 5+++ star review. Lisa is an absolute gem of a woman, very very knowledgeable in her trade and a professional through and through. We shopped around to compare and her prices were 25% less with a MUCH higher quality of product than other big name stores. Our order arrived earlier than expected despite covid slowing every other industry to a crawl. She guided us through precise measurements and do it ourself install and we couldn’t be happier. I wish she sold cars, appliances and furniture because we’d deal with her with confidence for anything we could.
Ignore the couple off colour reviews I was shocked to see - just goes to show there are all kinds out there. Lisa however ... is definitely one of a kind.

My partner and I ordered blinds from here in the fall of last year. There were multiple errors in our initial order and we were not provided with a copy of the order sheet. They took no responsibility for the errors and claimed they were not liable. I had to order another blind that arrived with incorrect measurements. The staff initially did not investigate this and offered to provide us with "20% off" another blind (which would have cost an addition $100+), and I had to advocate for them to actually investigate to discover it was an error by the manufacturer. The blind was re-ordered and months went by. I contacted them only to find the blind had been shipped to another location, no one had followed up and we waiting with half of a blind over one of our windows that overlooks our neighbors backyard. No apologies from the staff, no reimbursement for the troubles or the multiple times I had to drive back and forth from out of town. We will never order from them again.
Update: A staff contacted me to remedy my concerns. She shared that some changes have been made to their processes to prevent the issues i experienced from occurring with future customers. I feel that this issue has been resolved and have changed my rating as a result.
