We had our main floor hardwood floors sanded and refinished last week. I, and, more importantly my wife could not be more pleased with the beautiful outcome. The quote and lead up to the job were impressive. I had sought several quotes and Craig's was the most reasonable, professional, and aligned with our requirements. He created several examples of the finished flooring for us to choose from ahead of time and accomodated us on the dates we requested for the work to be completed.
During the job, James and crew were on time, efficient, and did an excellent job of sanding, staining, and refinishing our maple floors with minimal dust, smell, or disruption. The complete job was done in less than 3 days. The "new" floors look awesome and have a smooth, tough finish. We are extremely happy with the professionally finished floors.

We did our home in 3 phases. We got three quotes. It was competitive. But more than the money i could feel integrity in the comversation. I took their professional advice and had the upper level refinished to match my 2 levels of stairs that I did on my own. That saved me $2500 from new. They did my lower level in a luxury vinyl to match the rest of the house's hardwood. Very impressive and also saved me $2500 from hardwood. Tbey also reused my baseboards on lower level which saved me another $300. Then they just finished last week the entire main floor redo. Stunning results. Finishing touches like baseboards and edges pull everything together. Here's to another 40 years of beautiful floors. Gibsons team of guys are fantastic, everyone if them.

Craig the owner is very personable and friendly. His quote was done properly and promptly. We were delayed on installation because of Covid-19 but was booked in immediately on things opening up. Matt and Kevin did our installation. They were both polite and did a great job. Matt went above and beyond to make sure everything was done well. What a great guy. I would definitely recommend R.G. Gibsons to anyone.
