  Treated my 90 year old mom with care. I am sorry I don't know the name of the manager who helped my mom last week, but she just told me a story about stopping here in a panic.
  
  The person who helped her with a flat tire calmed her, changed her tire to a spare (winter tires are going on soon anyway) and then didn't charge her for the work.
  
  Not that I expect free work from anyone, but the fact they did this speaks volumes to their approach to dealing with people, especially the elderly. Thanks Fanshawe. I know lots and lots of people in London and I will be sure to recommend you every time I can.

  Exceeded expectations! I am generally reluctant to take my cars anywhere, preferring to work on them myself. Sometimes I need to get things done that I can't do on my own. The team at Fanshawe Motors went out of their way to ensure I was kept informed of their progress. They were friendly and helpful, and I was able to speak with both the owner and the expert mechanic assigned to work on my vintage car. I will certainly be seeing them again in the future. Pricing was competitive and represents a very good value for my money spent. The shop itself is clean and organized and the waiting area is pleasant, though I didn't actually need to spend much time there.

  Had a problem with the exhaust on my car. A buddy recommended Fanshawe Motors. Adrian was very helpful in seeing me as quickly as possible and getting the repair done quickly so that I could go back to work. The repair was bigger than I had hoped, but Adrian took the time to explain everything - including exactly why a cheap fix wasn't recommended.
