You can feel the happiness of everyone around and they do an excellent job at explaining everything that has been or needs to be done. Would recommend to everyone. Friendliest place.

Top marks. I have been dealing with Oxford Dodge for 30+ years. Even though my Chrysler 300C was purchased elsewhere, Oxford Dodge service and other staff have been exceptional in Knowledge, professionalism and courtesy. My sons drive other manufacture vehicles. That's sad. However on a good note they also use Oxford Service. In short, Oxford Dodge is wonderful and wish them the very best. Thanks for looking after Pearl.

My husband and I were on a budget looking for a new dodge grand caravan. We had looked at a few different dealer ships but ended up at Oxford Dodge because they worked with our budget the best. Deborah was so helpful and found us exactly what we needed plus more, all within our budget. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in every area. She was very trustworthy too. We are very happy with our purchase.

I took my time to write this review because i didn't want to simply base it on the sales process. Oxford Dodge genuinely cares about the needs of their customers. The entire staff is kind and helpful. My sales rep, Jerry, did an awesome job helping me select the perfect car. He wasn't pushy and didn't enforce any of his opinions while i was making my selection. He just wanted me to find a car that i felt fit me best, and i did! 10/10 would recommend this dealership. Side note - their coffee is amazing.
