I received a Structube white office chair as a gift for Father's Day last year. The chair worked fine for many months. However, over the last several months, the chair's pneumatic height adjustment became defective as it would gradually lose hydraulics and spontaneously lower itself. This happened more and more frequently over time to the point that I was no longer able to use the chair. I contacted Structube customer service via email about this issue. Sandra contacted me about a week later. Although she explained that a receipt was required to obtain replacement parts under warranty, she said that she would see what she could do. About a week later, she contacted me again to say that the part was ordered for me and could be picked up at no charge from my local Structube location. I have since replaced the defective part and the chair is once again working perfectly. A big thank you to Sandra and Structube for a great customer service experience!

I'd have to assume this would be at a cost to the quality but the style versus price is unlike most stores. The furniture here is very stylish yet doesn't carry a hefty price tag like you'd expect.

Great Staff. The Manager Barry is always helpful. My house is a structube showroom. Very modern furniture.
