  My wife and I went into the London North location today looking for a new King size mattress, and we were assisted the Store Manager Victor. He made choosing the right mattress a breeze. He made us feel confident in our purchase by answering all of our questions and making sure that we understood everything. Not once did we feel pushed into buying anything or that he was just trying to make a sale! He made something that can be such a challenge to buy into actually a fun night with some laughs along the way! Thank you so much!!

  I bought a mattress there today after an exhausting search for the perfect one. They were the first place we chequed out, and went back to after seeing what absolutely every other store in London had to offer. I hate it salespeople use pressure and guilding to sell you something, and this place was not like that. We were helped by Trevor who was knowledgeable, helpful and just lovely to work with. We got a phenomenal deal on our amazing mattress, and they even threw in a pillow i fell inlove with for a much discounted price, just because they're nice like that and like to see their clients walk out feeling happy. Great sales staff and a wide variety of choices for every budget. ad such a good experience! I can't say the same for other stores we visited looking for a mattress. Go there first, for real.

  We were assisted by Vic today at the Brick north London location. We couldn't have been happier. He was very helpful with mattress suggestions and answering all of our questions. No pressure at all, just very happy to help us. Go check out the Brick Mattress store!

  I had an Excellent experience with Vic Hurst to get a king set mattress, and a king bed, mattress protector even when the item i received was defect Vic was there to support me and help in solving the problem in a very professional manner We would highly recommend going with Vic .. even when i wanted to buy the dresser and the nightstand to match my new bed. i felt more comfortable to make my order at the north branch where Vic works

  We left as happy customers today, and it didn't even invoice any scare tactics or high-pressure dilemmas! We would highly recommend going with Trevor the sales consultant. Trevor did a great job with giving us enough space for us to discuss things privately, but he was also always close by for any sorts of questions we had (and we had a lot!). He was incredibly knowledgeable and forthcoming about an excellent upcoming sale. He also gave us the impression of being a very genuine and sincere person, which was a huge reason behind why we felt comfortable enough to make such a big purchase (at an amazing value!).
