GLOBAL SHIELD PEST CONTROL

We've had a bit of a mouse issue in our home recently and reached out to Global Shield Pest Control. We had worked with them once previously for a different issue and really appreciated how professional and thorough they were. Our technician was Nas and he was absolutely amazing. He was professional and thorough in going through our home to look for any possible entryways and potential problem points, going as far as crawling under our deck to check any possible holes. He answered all our questions, and I appreciated his honesty and his suggestions. He set up some mouse control boxes with poison around some suspected problem areas and explained thoroughly how they would work. He was very calming and reassuring through the whole process, and very professional. Thanks to Nas and Global Shield Pest Control for the great service!

Highly recommend these guys for rodent inspection/extermination. While our situation was likely not as significant as others, we didn't know what we had. We contacted Global Shield Pest Control for a quote for service on a possible rat issue in our house. The response (email) was fast, detailed and provided costs up front along with what they suspected the issue was. Calling to set up an inspection was very good. Nas took the time to listen, and asked additional questions to get all the details. I felt like he was in no hurry, and he was very friendly. He made suggestions that made me feel like I wasn't getting ripped off, he tried to ensure me he didn't want me spending money where I didn't have to on treatments that may not be necessary. The visit from their tech was also great. He spent time and effort to explore, provide insight, opinions, tips and set up bait stations / traps in areas I would not have considered. And the trap worked multiple times in less than a week! They knew what they were doing! Again, highly recommend.

We had a wonderful experience with Global Shield Pest Control, Nas is very professional and great at what he does. We had an aggressive wasp nest on our tree in the front yard that needed immediate attention. He came the next day to get rid of the problem. He explained his process step by step which made me feel at ease. I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants results and great service.

Last month, I was able to arrange a visit within the 24 hours to have a look at my rodent situation. Upon arrival, the technician (Nas) surveyed every corner and exterior house to see any issues. He was very helpful and informative and provided a lot of good advice for how to look at any potential risk areas. Incredible service! Global Shield Pest Control came out right after we called them about mice. Nas are simply amazing--they know everything and are extremely patient and thorough. They did not rush the job or us--they took the time necessary to do it right, which I really appreciated. They walked us through every aspect of the issue, what they were going to do about it and what we could expect in the coming days and weeks. They answered every question in great detail, and when I contacted them after hours a day or two later they took the time to provide explanations and reassurance. These guys are the best and I will be calling them for every pest control need we have in the future--though, due to their excellent work.
