They came in and quoted. We chose a different route but really appreciate the professionalism and the fact that there was no hard sell afterwards.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Our bathtub area looks so much better than it did before. We ran into some issues along the way that had nothing to do with Bathfitter or its staff and there were flexible and helpful in getting it solve so that we ended up with a great tub area.

The finished product was exactly what we ordered and looks amazing. One item we identified was corrected without question. I cannot say enough about how amazing Bath Fitters customer service is. We can not say enough about this company and the installers.
