(September 6, 2023, 7:26 pm)We were very impressed with how fast the technician came to repair our air-conditioning problem we had, our unit stopped working on one of the hottest days of the year and when we called "My Fireplace" they came out the very next day this was a very pleasant surprise as the temperture in our house was rising quite fast. Parvez the technician was very knowledgeable and explained what was wrong and had it up and running in a short time, his friendly attitude and work ethic put us very much at ease knowing the work was done to our satisfaction.
