  Mercedes Benz London was great in getting my C300 ready for me. Tony and Kristina were great communicators and helped get me the best deal. Tony also helped to teach me all the tricks to using the new technology. Will definitely come back here for all my Mercedes needs!

  Very good service with kind people working there. Very clean aesthetic in the showroom making it fun to browse the cars. Waiting room is comfortable with complementary drinks and snacks available during a service. Overall best dealership experience personally among other high end car dealers.

  Tony Yang went above and beyond answering all of my questions. I'm not easy to please and I'm very pleased. I flew from Calgary to buy a convertible Lexus and felt confident with Tony's efforts and professionalism before I left home. Once there, I think Tony pulled some strings and expedited the sale, in transit document was provided and final detailing completed within a day so I could depart ahead of schedule. I wish all vehicle sales people made the same effort without making the customer feel pressured. Good job young man.

  Working with Tony was great! He was upfront, honest, and not pushy at all. Even after the sale of the car, Tony has been very responsive to any questions about the car, which has been a service we have lacked previously with other dealerships. Katrina and Rob were very friendly and helpful. We are very happy with our car and the service we have received so far.

  Mike, Tony, And Katrina are highly professional and excellent at the service they provide. Tony Yang is the Tech Guru of the Mercedes Line and can explain and walk you through your vehicle so you understand all of its tech and features. No matter what your knowledge level is he will help you make sense of it. This is a dealership that will give you the best offer they can straight up front, no games or dickering. I am happy to find a dealership that sees a purchase like this. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle, use their service department, or just get information to make a future decision from Mercedes-Benz London.
