“I can't say enough about this company when they first moved from Baseline Road I was heart broken because I did not know where they moved to. I was delighted to find them on White Oak rd right across from Goodwill. The ice cream they make is fantastic and the staff are very friendly. I now hold my ice cream social there for my clients and they all have said how good the ice cream was. Eric has been great to work with and he lets me set up a tent on the large front lawn where I can greet my clients. “Great service if it's in stock. I've ordered a few times from The Rub Shack. The products and quick delivery are great. However, I ordered something that the website said was in stock on August 1st and was told it would be available in 4-6 weeks. As of October 8th I didn't received it or any contact regarding my back order. After contacting Dace by phone (I tried a couple emails) he happily refunded me within a couple days and apologized. With current supply issues I'd take a refund immediately if it turns out that they don't have stock on your preferred item. Kind Regards, Michael”
