Just purchased 2 area rugs through Alexanians, Crystal was very patient as we sampled many different samples. Carpets look great, even better than expected.

During COVID 19, we decided to put new carpet in three bedrooms. Because of pandemic restrictions, Crystal from Alexanian Carpets in North London was our contact. We spoke with her about the type and color of the carpet we were looking for. She brought samples to our house for viewing and measured the rooms for us, all while maintaining social distancing. She provided a quote and answered any concerns we had. We choose a carpet and it was installed a few days later. The instal crew arrived exactly on time and were finished in just over two hours. The overall experience was very pleasant. This was our second time using the North London Store and we would recommend Tyson Benedict, (the store manager) and his team to anyone.

Crystal was very helpful and knowledgable in sharing what options we had for the selections available to us in choosing our new carpet . She gave us an opportunity to look through several rug types which narrowed down our search to the type of carpet and colour we liked. She found the carpet on their web site and then had the carpet sent from another location. When we got it home it suited our room perfectly.Tyson the store manager was also very good in assisting us with looking at other rugs which allowed us to confirm our choice was the correct one. We are thrilled with our choice and the positive experience we had working with the staff at the store.
