Bought a Miele vacuum from you last year and brought it in this week as their was an noticable odour. The person in the store looked at it on the counter and said it looked clean, which it was, and then took it in the back for a few moments and cleaned something, then brought it back and showed me where all the filters were located and said I might want to change them and replace the bag, even tho it wasn't completely full. I purchased a box of filters and he said he would not charge for looking at and quick cleaning this time. I really appreciate the honesty and great service and not making me think I required an expensive overhaul. Will definitely recommend McHardy Vacuum and the great service you provide.

I was greeted when I entered the store and was given information about the vacuums that was quite helpful. When we went back as a family and looked at another vacuum the sales men was very knowledgeable about that brand and helpful with the whole process. I will be using our new central vac hose and powerhead this morning. I have no doubt it will be a great fit for our needs. We were able to try it out in the store as well!
