London Care Pharmacy

These people are so friendly and helpful! I go out of my way to have my prescriptions filled here :)

Firstly, I need to say a HUGE THANK YOU to the entire staff at "London Care Pharmacy!!!" Secondly, I need to admit that I was the "Crazy Lady" that you served so amazingly well today! YOU ARE ALL THE BEST!!!

I'd been feeling REALLY miserable for the last few days, but felt even worse today, so I decided to visit the "Walk-In" in your building. I realized right after I parked my car and was walking into the building that I'd forgotten my purse. Luckily, the Walk-In accepted my Driver's License to check-in, since I'd been there before. (I had my DL with me ONLY because I'd driven my pup to a park for a walk the day before. I'd tucked my license in the jacket that I very luckily decided to wear today!)

I was given a prescription and took it to your Pharmacy to be filled. I've had a few scripts filled there in the past and have always received exemplary service. Today was no different. In fact, you were EVEN better than I ever could have imagined!

I was not very "with it" today, since I was feeling so awful. (At least that's my excuse!!) As my prescription was in the process of being filled, I realized . . . OH MY GOSH . . . I don't have my purse, so I have NO money and I have NO Credit Cards. When I said - very embarrassed - that I had no money, you were all fantastic! You said my meds could be delivered and I could pay the driver when I received it. And then you said "But, we'll give you enough capsules to do you for tonight and tomorrow morning." I was SOOOOO appreciative!!

But, I wanted to ensure that I paid you for my meds as soon as I could, so I drove to my sister's house, which was a few blocks away. I borrowed $10 from her - in change. I then raided the "coin purse" we keep in the car for parking. The upshot of it all? I paid $23.80 for my prescription in toonies, loonies, quarters and dimes!! (I actually think that today I was the "loonie!")

The service I received from the entire staff today was WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND what you could have offered me!! I cannot thank you enough for taking such great care of me!!! YOU ARE FANTASTIC!!!

BTW . . . I also didn't realize that I'd left my cell phone on your counter when I headed out to go to my sister's. As I was anxiously looking for it just outside your store, a young gentleman employee brought it out to me and asked "Is this what you're looking for?" OH MY GOSH!! Can you guys get any better?!!! So, I am doubly indebted to all of you for returning my phone!!

In closing, I must say that what could have been an absolutely awful day for me, turned into one in which I was so very thankful to have wonderful people like you take such awesome care of me!

P.S. I also noticed that every single customer you served today was treated like they were special. I'd like to to say that it's ALL OF YOU who are special!
