    I unfortunately went there for a COVID test, not to enjoy the ice-skating. As a COVID center, its amazing! Everyone is helpful. Right as you drive in, they guide you to the next step. They make sure you're not wasting time in a line by asking if you've made the appointment. It's very clean and everyone is very polite.

    Everything was so well organized.
    Had Carly as my nurse.
    She was exceptional and very knowledgable.
    Thanks to her calm manner I was able to do what needed to be done.
    Also was negative...yea!

    Currently the arena is being used as the covid testing centre. When you arrive drive up to where the lot attendant is standing, she'll ask what time your appointment is. Depending how early you are, you'll be asked to park and wait until 5 minutes before your appointment. 5 minutes before your appointment walk to the entrance door and stand in line. From that point on you'll be guided through the process. Be respectfully, be kind. They also ask you turn your phones off.

    took someone for a covid test and the staff were fast efficient and friendly. clean and organized. nice facilities
