“This is a really good builder to buy from. I'm very impressed. Their standard basic decor is top notch upgrades. Interior design is absolutely amazing, and gorgeous. Their colour choices is design is absolutely genius (couldn't look better if I would have picked them myself.) Foxwood knows how to build great homes with really reasonable prices. Which is exactly what every buyer is looking for; professionally built homes with prices that they can afford. The only thing that I see as a weakness is the lack of communication and response to buyers, which makes them come off as a bit uncaring about making customers, and a bit unprofessional. But in all honesty, that is not the case. Foxwood homes is a great company to buy from.”

“Kevin was great with the initial work, took care of the neighbours concerns with respect to markings on the driveway, provided a warranty and did all the work within the quoted price. However, after a couple of years, some repairs needed to be done which he indicated was under warranty. However, he ran into some issues when he first said he would come out and I gave him a month to deal with these. After this time he said he was coming out a couple of times, but then never set up an actual day. He then stopped answering my emails. His work is good, but he does not stand behind his warranties. Very disappointed as I had been recommending him to people up until this point. I have an email from Kevin saying it was covered under warranty.”
