“I've been to Multiple gyms over the years... and this place is super clean in both its facility and it's instruction. ALL of the instructors are all super helpful and really take the time to make sure you've got the technique being shown. Not only is it a very friendly environment, It really does cater to both hobbyists who train casually and have lives, as well as people who may want to train multiple classes a day with the intent of competing. There are multiple medal winners in all weight classes who are just as friendly and helpful as the trainers and instructors. It's one big family. 6/5 will keep training.”
