West 5 Townhomes

We've been living in a West 5 townhouse for a bit over a year now, and we are very pleased with everything. Sifton is an excellent rental company. They come when you call and they take excellent care of their properties. These are brand new units so we have had a couple of things that were basically growing pains with the furnace and the fridge and both times, we had someone at our door within hours. The units are nicely laid out and the colour pallette of the walls and fixtures is neutral but still tasteful. They are very well insulated so they are very easy to heat/cool and noise from neighboring units is not a problem.

This place is still under construction. They say they won't be available until at least a year and a half.

I currently own a condo, but if I ever had to rent anywhere it would be in west 5. They are actually reasonably priced for the high end area that they are in.
I feel bad for the people that have to deal with construction, but the area is being developed and I guess the noise is inevitable.
It’s just like building a house and moving into it as the rest of the street is still getting built.
