“Really great time at Gnosh tonight. An outing with 3 other couples. All quite enjoyed their wine, cocktails and well-presented meals. Duck was really tasty. Finished with a delicious carrot cake. “I got the Chicken shawarma bites box, traditional style. One of the many go-to’s I have from Shelby’s. I loved the chicken shawarma bites, pickles and fries very much but the coleslaw had a strange fishy flavour this time. That isn’t the case in the Masonville location. Who knows! Haven’t ordered Shelby’s in a while so it could possibly be a change in recipe? Regardless, shawarma is delicious for a quicky! Good garlic sauce and the pickles were fresh. I like the flavourings they put on top of the fries too. Wish they drizzled more pomegranate molasses on the top of my shawarma, but no worries! I got a bottle at home that did the job. I have to say, the Ayran (Yoghurt drink) is an absolute must have! Definitely try it if you haven’t. I like Shelby’s! The best quick shawarma joint around. Note that I say “quick”…it’s not meant to be gourmet.”

“I tried the Singapore noodles with shrimp and chicken and it did not disappoint! Good portion size and they used fresh, high-quality ingredients. There were more veggies and chicken/shrimp than expected. Cooked to order and ready in under 5 minutes. I really liked their automated ordering and payment system. I went during the soft opening so the menu was limited, however, the staff was extremely friendly and asked what menu items I'd like to see in the future. I will definitely be back to try more of their dishes.”

“Just before close, a kind gentleman saved the night. Our regular store closed early and we were low on Puppy Food, while not able to provide us with our usual kibble they gifted us a small bag of a comparable kibble and sister brand to our usual to top off his meal for the night until we could get to our regular location during opening hours. Some of the best customer service I have ever received. Might just have to switch stores with the care provided here, worth the extra drive.”
