Nice clean apartments with a pool and hot tub with underground parking as well. Nice atea of the city to live in

After 1.5 years here, it seems to me that this place is a middling value for the money. I do not dislike the building itself, but the fact that the advertised amenities are inaccessible ~66% of the time; also, the Wonderland-facing side of the building is a noisy hell of sirens, buses, and motorcycles, day and night. The accessibility standards are surprisingly low, with most of the hall doors still having knobs, despite the number of disabled and older people living here. There is also one aspect of the current management style that REALLY bothers me: having my car defaced with an industrial-strength sticker on the driver's side window, not once, but TWICE, as a way of telling me I am unauthorized to park in visitor's. I had been allowed to do so, given the shortage of spaces and grossly-outdated parking plans, until some days ago, when I received a notice that parking had become available. (They could have given me a number then and there, but they did not.) I full well intended to see them for a space without the second round of vandalism to my car; in fact, I had just gone to the office to speak to their stand-in (Christie) about the parking situation before seeing the sticker. As I write this, the management is calling me to say they would not care to amend the parking for the short remainder of my tenancy (under 2 months), so why did they insist on the sticker measure? If I took too long, they should first try picking up a phone and being civil in their communications.
Since they charge like crazy for amenities that are most often out-of-order, I think parking should be given for free to everybody, anyway.

I have a friend that lives here. I also had a grand tour. It's a lovely place to live. Library like setting, salt water swimming pool. Etc. You'd be amazed. Check it out to have a grand tour it is beautiful.
