I worked with Rick and felt he took the time to really understand what I was looking for and what I needed in a vehicle. Great service and he really made me feel like I can contact him about anything and went over the manual with me.
Overall, it was a smooth process, the facility is clean and well maintained, great service all around!

First off it was a easy calm expierience from their professionalism and respectfulness and everyone had a approachable personality. I lately have been dealing with Wanda in particular and she has Gone above and beyond for me. Thank you Wanda and thank you North London Toyota! You WILL see me again in the future for further sales and service.
(January 13, 2019, 1:13 am)Today had a big repair.... They accommodated me on a Sat. and brought a tech in to do it... Awesome job guys. Keep it up. Oh and repair took half the time.

Everything was seamless and stress free, from booking an appointment online to drop off my car for service, being courtesy shuttled to and from work by Bill, and picking my car up. This dealership goes above and beyond to provide great customer service! Thanks North London Toyota!
