We have been living here for 15 years and are still very happy with our apartment.
The superintendents we have now are great.

We recently moved into our new apartment and love everything about it. The apartment building is always clean and very well kept. Our apartment is big, beautiful and has an AMAZING view. The building managers Betty and Kas have been more then welcoming and very friendly from the time we looked at the building to this very day. They will both go out of their way to make you feel safe, comfortable and at home. This is our first time living in an apartment building and can't be anymore happy we chose this building.

We absolutely love the building and the staff. Our superintendents, Betty and Caz are amazing. They are always there for us when we need them, and quick to help with any issue we have, in a timely fashion. Our apartment is great, we love it. The views are spectacular, and the amenities in the building are top notch.

I have been visiting friend at this building for the last few years and must compliment on how clean everything is compared to many other places I have visited. Everything always is spotless. I have met the building managers many times on my visits and they are definitely worth keeping on staff. So helpful and friendly!

Five stars hands down.

By far the most courteous and reliable building managers, I always feel safe knowing I can come to them with any building issue and have it resolved without question. These are uncertain times and to feel secure in your own space is important - Betty and Kaz have been a saving grace for myself and my family. Highly recommend.
