    I Have lived in 1420 from the first day it opened I am so happy here I have lived in 3 apartments here . I love Bruce and Ruth Ann thy work so hard and thy would do anything for all the tenants there wonderful and I think we are very Lucky to have them Sharon Sparks

    This place definitely feels like home! Joan and John are wonderful and very friendly. The place is very clean and close to restaurants, grocery store, a gym, etc. We certainly see some beautiful sunsets on our balcony!

    This apartment is an amazing place to live. I hoped that my home should meet my all expectations. It is very clean and spacious compared to other locations. I rented one-bed room apartment. Lobby looks luxurious and it is very comfortable space. I can easily access to elevator and gym when I need exercise. There was also a kitchen to cook some food while I was exercising. Laundry machine is also inclusive in my unit. It is different point compared to other rental apartment in similar rental fee. It is very comfy utilities as well. I can use swimming pool and spacious gym as well, which was only 60 meters away from my building. I can use this pool even during the winter. There is a spa as well. Wow! I am very satisfied with accessibility to lots of facilities. Costco, Chinese Supermarket, Tim Horton, Macdonald, Sobie, Farmboy, Lona, Fit for less, and bunch of good facilities are near by my home. Everything is within 5 ~ 10 minutes by walk.
    I really love my building manager as well. She is super kind and helpful woman. Whenever I have questions and need helps, she responds very fast. She knows where and what to do for residents and tenants. She always opens her mind to every resident and provides management services efficiently and effectively. I really appreciate that. I really recommend this apartment, 50 Capulet Tower. No regrets. Love this.
