Trillium Towers - Homestead Land Holdings Limited

I'm a tenant at 690 and when we first moved in we had no cockroaches, then when they came to spray and put down traps we realized that we did but the traps caught them except Lol!! I lonely one that keeps popping out at night in kitchen but nothing to worry about. I find the staff very friendly and attentavive to my needs, especially Dave he's phenomenal, I called with a few issues, yes it was about a week until he'll was able to come but up front told me of the wait which was no problem when he came everything got fixed and his attention to detail was exceptional. Julie and Trish also we're very intenative when my husband submitted the application on line and answered every question we had. Dave and the young lady who works during the are very good at what they do and I find the building always clean. I would recommend to anyone, we've had no problems since we've in and if I do someone is always there to answer.

Homestead takes care of the functional things that matter to tenants everyday life. They do things right the first time when the make repairs and do renovations. They are friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable. I have rented A LOT of places and Homestead is one of only two property management companies I would endorse.
