I absolutely love Ellie and Jason!! They are incredible building supervisors. There is nothing they won't do for their renters!!

A great renting experience!! Suites are nice and have great amenities (along with the buildings). I’ve been here for 2 years and have only every had positive things to say. The lobby is always clean, as are the community room, recycling room, etc. Ellie and Jason are always very helpful and seem to know everyone by name, which is a big bonus. They are respectful and attentive to tenants when working, and great to chat with during down time. I’ve never had a problem getting repairs done or having my questions answered, and overall have had a great experience.

I have lived at 80 Capulet for 18months now and have always been impressed by Ellie & Jason’s management of the building. They are always friendly and take time to chat and catch up whenever we see them around the building.

When we have required maintenance in our suite, Ellie has been super helpful walking us through the process and providing accurate service time expectations. The building and surrounding grounds are always spotless, we always bump into Ellie and Jason cleaning and tidying in the mornings on the way to work. It is clear that they take their duties very seriously and ensure a great place to live for all tenants- thank you!!

We have always been impressed with how Ellie and Jason manage this building. For the past seven years, my daughter has lived alone, on the first floor and frequently travels for work. When my husband and I have gone to check on her apartment when she is away, Ellie always greets us personally! It’s a really nice touch that she knows who we are.
We have always found this building to be very clean, and well managed. Ellie has even gone out of her way to make sure my daughter’s outdoor plants have been watered! Any time my daughter has mentioned that maintenance is required on her unit, she is surprised at how quickly either Jason can complete the work himself, or if a work order needs to be submitted, it has always been a quick process.
My husband and I had some reservations about my daughter living on the main floor all on her own, but I feel like Ellie and Jason have done an excellent job of managing their building and ensuring that it is safe. We can’t speak more highly of the two of them.

I have lived here for 10+ years. Ellie and Jason are the best building managers I’ve ever had! They go above and beyond for their tenants. They greet me by name and are always friendly and courteous. The building is always clean and well maintained. Any concerns are dealt with in a timely and professional manner. It’s a great place to live!
