Got a great haircut from a Hungarian lady

I went my first time and made an appointment with the owner, and she was really nice and knew exactly how to cut my hair, since i have thickish frizzy hair, and i have trouble finding a stylist who can do my bangs properly. I only got it trimmed and I went home and it was perfect. The stylist was also very friendly and welcoming.

However, the second time I went, they did my hair perfectly again, but it was a really akward time. The two stylists that were there seemed to be gossiping about people (I think other customers too), and my stylist was also on her phone at some points while she was cutting my hair. She even picked up the phone for a phone call. Like, really? What kind of customer service is that? She also barely spoke to me at all during the hair cut. I felt like I was a burden to them or something.

I'd go back, but only because they know how to cut my hair, definitely not for the service though, other than the owner.
