First Choice Haircutters

I called the other day to book an appointment. The person on the phone wouldn't book a next day appointment due to some 'new policy' but told me my stylist, Rachel would be in and to just pop in.
I went in the next day, as suggested, and Rachel was there, but she was the only one working and it was very busy so I had to wait... that never used to happen when I was allowed to book an appointment.

I'm so confused; why are stylists scheduled to be working alone? That doesn't seem very safe, or efficient!

Rachel did a great job on my hair. She is the only stylist I trust! I'm really happy with what she did.
However, when I asked what day she would be in next week, so I could get my boyfriend's hair cut, she didn't know what her schedule was and couldn't specify when he should come in... I hope that's not the norm now at this salon, as I am a very busy person and can't just come in on a whim; Hoping she's there.

tammy mitchell is an amazing hair dresser she is super sweet and always knows how to make you feel comfortable when doing hair always love the outcome of my hair always knows what i want and like done!!! Amazing all and all

5+ stars for Winn. I was hesitant to have a man cut and colour my hair. But he proved himself to be a true artist. Winn really took his time and gave my hair lots of attention. He's very knowledgeable and walked me through everything he was doing. I appreciate his caring attitude very much. He's going to be my regular hair stylist.

Would normally give 5 stars, as the hairdressers have always been great with my kids and the staff are usually really friendly. But last time I brought my teenage son in, the person cutting his hair really, really didn't look like she wanted to be there. Maybe just a bad day. My kid was happy with the cut, but I left the shop wondering if I had actually somehow inconvenienced her by asking for the haircut (maybe because we came in during a slow time?) Whatever it was, I hope it wasn't us, and that the rest of her day went better. Still, the overall vibe that day was a little off-putting.
