The sales and installation was a pretty good experience I just had a couple of concerns . I was told by the salesman that the old caulking in all joints and downspouts would be removed and replaced with new 50 year marine grade . I asked the installer if he did that and he told me because our eavestroughs were only 5 years old he just caulked over the old caulking . Can't remember seeing a caulking gun in his hands at all but I wasn't watching the whole time... Also I was worried about the level of the eaves as ours were perfectly level and when asked he said he adjusted the slope....I thought that would have taken a little longer as well. Also I had to call customer service to have my Lifetime Guarantee emailed to me as the installer forgot to leave it ...Other then those concerns it seems like a good system... Time Will Tell
