McDonald's

The food took a while to be served and they forgot my daughter's fries initially. Luckily we were eating in so we were able to rectify it immediately. They were super busy however and everyone was moving with a sense of urgency appropriate to the situation.

Just a classic McDonalds. Nothing good, nothing bad. It’s not a 4 star restaurant, but it’s a 4 star McDonald’s

Being from the states, this McDonalds seemed AMAZING. It was clean, had spacious two story seating, and they actually got my order correct.

I had placed an curbside order via the app, and waited around 15 mins before going in as nobody came to deliver it. After explaining the situation and offering my bill for the transaction on my phone, I was refunded for my order, and while it was being completed, I was offered a pastry, as I was told that for some reason my order never popped up on their system. I was blown away by the level of customer service received, so I'd definitely return to this venue.

This was a much better experience than the highbury location. I ordered and received my food within minutes. Better parking as well. Bathrooms were much cleaner too.
