(April 20, 2023, 3:38 pm)The three stars is unfortunate because Dr. Anthireya and her nurse are wonderful. The receptionist just forgot to tell us to bring masks to the appointment; when we arrived maskless I apologized and explained that I wasn't told to bring masks. The receptionist responded with "I'm pretty sure that's not the case" and handed us some masks. Regardless of who's mistake it was (nobody's perfect); the snide remark was totally unnecessary. I think that she should probably find a profession where she doesn't have to deal with the public or just stop being so mean to everyone.
