Nothing negative to say! Dr. Ossai makes me feel heard and like I’m a valued patient, even when I’ve only seen him a few times. Waited 10min past my afternoon appointment time which, in my mind, is right on time for a busy clinic. Staff are friendly and highly efficient.
doc took me in as a patient transfer and helped me and has been friendly and the staff is fun and cheerful.
