Let me start off by saying I never thought I'd be leaving a 5 star review for a dental clinic. Dentists make me nervous and I'm ashamed to say I've not been since before the pandemic. My first appointment was a month ago and my heart was racing, I need not have been worried though. The clinic itself has been constructed within a beautiful home. It is very warm and welcoming just like their staff (thank you Brandi, Shaheen and Sitra!! ❤️) Dr. Chatha made sure to provide me with all the confidence, information and tools that I need to start my oral healing journey. I had another appointment today and my mouth already feels and looks exponentially better. I cannot thank their team enough. I used to be so anxious about cleanings due to pain. Instead of pain, today's cleaning felt amazing. Dr. Chatha scratched itches in my gums that I didn't know existed. I was sad when it was over. I'm so forever grateful to him and his team of wonderful, skilled, compassionate staff. I feel like I am treated like a person rather than an opportunity to make some fast money at this establishment. I called around before booking and they were by far the most affordable option, which boggles my mind considering the quality of care they provide. I highly recommend Dr. Chatha and his team to anyone with dealing with anxiety in medical settings. I would say it's your best bet here in London, both in terms of pricing and quality of care. I truly hope this review helps someone find the oral care they need like the many five star reviews I read helped me 😊. From the bottom of my heart, thank you Dr. Chatha! ❤️

It was a pleasant experience to visit Sr.Joseph. The doctor thoroughly checked my daughter’s teeth and surprisingly my kid felt home and did not cry while checking. He did not rush and provided all the info needed.

Very friendly staff. Very professional and Dr Joseph ensures you are not in pain during any procedure. He uses the most safest and modern techniques. I almost enjoy going to the dentist.

As a lot of people are, I was nervous & not looking forward to having my procedure done. Dr Joseph was incredible, very supportive, explaining everything which made me feel more relaxed & at ease. He didn’t rush anything as he explained his steps, he would take time to ask if I was still doing ok. His staff that worked along side of him seemed to be in tune to his needs, and they worked well together in a very quiet & calm way. He gave me little breaks & just made me feel like I was in really great hands. I’m very appreciative to have him as my dentist. His front desk staff is super friendly & understanding & also supportive of your feelings. So all my anxiety prior to my appointment was for nothing! Thank you Dr Joseph.

Great service and friendly staff all around! I've been avoiding the dentist for many, many years because I smoke and don't necessarily take good care of my teeth. I was slightly embarrassed to go after too many years of neglect. Now that I've gone in hindsight that was just a silly thing to think. It's easy when the staff are supportive like they are at Dr. Joseph's. I have to give a big thank you to the dental hygienist that cleaned my teeth today. You were amazing and I really appreciate the good work you did! Thank you so much! 🙂
