“I've dealt with Sure-Tech (service arm of Arva Applainces) for years. Just had the technician out to service our washer. He was quick, efficient, certainly knowledgable, and showed me what he was doing every step of the way. Fixed the problem, gave me preventative maintenance advice to avoid a repeat occurrence, and the washer now works perfectly. The same technician had previously been out to service our dryer for a warranty issue and the experience was likewise excellent. Highly recommend them!”

“Nice clean store with lots of selection of appliances. The appliances are competitively priced compared to the big box stores. I was told that delivery is free to locals and add in an extra twenty dollars they will take the old unit out for you. Friendly and professional customer service. Slightly more expensive than the big box very close and buying local. #localguides”
