Ive been using Yvette since 2009. She has set up financing for multiple transactions successfully at times where I didn't think it would be possible. I feel Yvette has a lot of resources which she uses well to get the job done. I refer her to all friends and family and I receive the same feedback from them that I leave here on this review.

We have used Yvette twice to find us mortgages for our two home purchases. Both times we were appreciative of her advice, efforts and professionalism. The 2nd time we used her services was during COVID and I cannot thank her enough for her help to navigate us through our journey to purchase our forever home during a pandemic!

She was extremely responsive and we were able to do everything electronically which I preferred and it was easy. The best part, after we settled on a good option a few weeks later Yvette got in contact with us and found us an even better deal - we would never have known but she continued to save us money. Amazing broker who is looking after your best interests!
