“ill start with saying, the work done was done very well. we are restoring an old farm house and had JNI replace all our windows and a patio door. although the windows were installed well, communication was a constant struggle. we would have to leave several measages through out the project before we would get a call back. communication with the owner and his installer was also poor. our door was ordered 6 weeks late due to a lack of communication between them. we are still waiting for the owner to deliver a small part because it broke during installation(another lack of communication between the workers), for those reasons hence 3 stars. but the windows look good and price was average.”

“I was having a party for 50 people this weekend and decided to have Appin BBQ do pulled pork for the party. My parents also got brisket from them for Christmas this past year. Both times the food itself was FANTASTIC. I definitely could not have done it better myself. The customer service was also amazing and everyone working were super friendly and extremely helpful! My guests at the party couldn't stop complimenting the pulled pork and I'm sure you will be receiving some new customers as a result! I will also be a repeat customer. Thanks again!”
