The workman, Sam & Josh, were right on time, very professional & helpful. They installed an replacement light fixture in the kitchen that I had purchased. The fluorescent tube that I'd purchased (at recommendation of Home Depot, nothing to do with Waring) was not the correct one. The workmen helped me to do an internet search of the correct product to purchase - very helpful, & necessary, since we're currently on a lock-down, & it's not possible to buy in person, so it's difficult to find the correct product without a precise product code. They cleaned up after the install, & once I purchased the correct fluorescent tube, light works perfectly. I would definitely recommend Waring & will access them for my future electrical needs. “Jake didn’t bat an eye at the long list of requests I had for him! 50 years worth of ‘farmer fixes’ in a barn can be a challenge to figure out but he was fast, efficient, and realistic with expectations. The relief I feel now knowing my business and my livestock are safe helps me sleep much easier. We had him do some problem solving in the house, an issue deemed unsolvable by a previous electrician he had sorted in half a day! I should also mention he had a great solution for point to point to get wifi in both the barn and the shop where cell signal was limited before. Overall 10/10”
