Provided a bra fitting to the teen I was with discreetly even though it was Covid and changerooms were closed. They were so respectful and it was a great experience

Amazing customer service! The employees were all so helpful and accommodating, and even though I went in on Boxing Day (very busy!) there was always someone available to help me out and answer my questions. I usually cannot find bras in my size, but with help from employees I found exactly what I was looking for. Will definitely go out of my way to go to the Pen Centre location again next time.

I just can't get enough of this place everything is so cute and sexy. I wish I could buy everything in the entire store. I love some of the vibrant colors they offer.

Staff is super friendly and eager to help with questions and sizing. I love that they take your name and somehow manage to remember it when they see you later on o the visit. Shout out to Leanne who was particularly helpful when I went shopping today!

Shopping in a rush on my way home from work
Sale was on and I was a little frazzled.
The sales staff,two wonderful gals handed me a bag,
