(November 15, 2020, 1:16 pm)Over the years I have found staff at the St. Catharines Pen Centre store very friendly and accommodating. There's one blonde woman that is quite the opposite. I can't say she is new to the store (past year or two) but I just don't remember her from years past. Quite arrogant, seems to be annoyed at everything and not friendly at all. She seems to be there most days that I go into the store. Walked right back out the other day when I saw she was working. I decided to shop where I would feel welcome.
