Flight Centre Erin Mills

Just came back from my first trip with a group of friends to Cuba. Lisa helped us pick out the location to meet all of our individual requests, and when we had a little last minute confusion checking in to our flight she was very helpful and stayed with us on the phone until it was all sorted out.

This was my first time booking a trip here and it was a fantastic experience! Lisa was absolutely amazing!! So fun, helpful and easy to talk to and was VERY patient with our expectations. She helped us find the best resort around our budject during the most busy time to travel. We had a beyond amazing vacation and are so thankful to Lisa for making that happen!! Will definitely return to book our next trip!

Vanessa is amazing!!! She has outstanding customer service. She went above and beyond to assist me and my family with our hotel booking in Hawaii. She was there for us when we needed help while we were away. She's friendly, sweet, professional, punctual, and knowledgable. She's our go to girl for all of our bookings.

Excellent customer service! Vanessa was very nice and worked with me to find a good flight that worked with my budget! She also extended her services to give me a call regarding any flight changes and updates and wished me a safe flight days before my travel. She even asked me about my trip upon my return.
