“A group of 4 of us visited Trapped to complete the room called "Room 057". The staff member that was assisting us was great and super friendly. He was very thorough in explaining the rules and giving us any helpful information needed prior to starting the room. There are also free lockers available so that you can leave your belongings while you play - note, that you will not be allowed to bring your phone into the room. This room was extremely fun and we really enjoyed it. It involved lots of teamwork and thinking outside of the box. We were able to complete the room in about 45/50mins with only using 2 hints. We will definitely be returning to complete another room.”

The lock nuts on 2 wheels were not in good shape and the guys persevered and got them all off and my new installed. Butter smooth ...well balanced. You know a place is good when they put foam on their jacks to prevent door or fender marks! Super impressed overall... I drove 2hrs to have these guys do the work and will again.”
