Walmart Pharmacy

By far the best customer service of any pharmacy I’ve been to. The people working here genuinely care about every customer.

I've been filling my prescriptions at Rexall Pharmaplus in Bracebridge for years. Recently when I called to pick up a renewal I was told it was out of stock ( from their supplier) and wouldn't be available until at least November. The Rexall pharmacy assistant was absolutely no help in this matter, neither asking questions nor offering solutions. In fact, couldn't have cared less.
After being told by Rexall, "good luck finding it anywhere else in Bracebridge", I called Walmart Pharmacy and spoke to a pharmacist, Earl, who couldn't have been more helpful. He did in fact have a small quantity of pills in stock but after asking pertinent questions, he came up with a better solution. Earl called Rexall to get my prescription, and followed up with me when it was ready to be picked up. Now that's what I call excellent service from a caring pharmacist. Henceforth, Walmart Pharmacy will get all of my business!

They sell a lot of homeopathic remedies to stupid people which seems pretty dishonest to me. The hours are much shorter than the competition wh8ch can leave you in a bind if you forget to renew or pickup a prescription.
They always seem to have extra large condoms on clearance. I'm not sure what that says about this town but I appreciate the savings.
I'm kidding of course, I would never use condoms ????
