“Five stars for the staff in cosmetics! I haven't bought cosmetics in Bracebrige ever except maybe lipstick: As I checked for yrs & they never had my products. I asked, the answer was it will be 3 days & they were extremely helpful finding me what I needed. I noticed that that one woman was buying a lot of product for her & her daughter for a special occasion she didn't have a clue as what to get. The the women helping her was great & tryed to pick all sale items. For the rest of the store it's usually stocked up on what ever you may need. My only concern is that if one needs help out to vehicle w/ purchase ( not visibly disabled) it is difficult to get help. If you get it at all! However I have been told to just made extra trips to my car! That being said I didn't speak to someone in a higher position as I just took the cart out. ( but still very difficult to get to car) It's a good place!”

“Great experience with Ecclestone Cycle. I only needed a couple of tires (this time) but Ian was extremely helpful on the phone. Despite facing crippling supply-chain issues due to the pandemic they were able to provide what I needed. Most importantly, their Covid prevention precautions are exceptional with pre-scheduled appointments, being met at the door and guided through the store, to minimizing points of contact (they held the door open for me) to avoid cross-contamination. It's easy to support local businesses when the service is this good.”
