(September 8, 2019, 3:27 am)By far the best McDonald's I've ever been to. The staff is amazing - always upbeat and friendly! We travel alot and love stopping in Gravenhurst just to grab a drink or snack. The muffins and baked goods are superior compared to any other location I've come across!

(August 1, 2019, 5:08 am)Ordered on mobile app. Put in table number. 20 minutes later went to counter and was told by a manager that I needed a thing from the counter to get table service. The app asks for the table number which is on the table. The management here needs to get this fixed. Got my food thanks to a very helpful and quick crew member. The manager that told me I needed this extra piece of hardware just walked away and left me standing. As I said already. Management needs to get it's act together.
