Starbucks

I would have rated 1 star if not for the positive, helpful young lady, Bella.

Update visted Jan 10. Bathrooms were emmaculate. They served a great pour over. The staff here are so friendly.

I have always enjoyed Starbucks coffee, and yes I appreciate the culture of the business. I Stopped in this morning for one. Why on earth would an employee park right in front of the store to begin a shift. So, the car will sit there all day, and customers will have to walk further to get into the stores. Park at the back of the lot, and maybe press you apron once in a while, it looked like it got pulled from the bottom of the laundry basket. That aside, I did enjoy the coffee...

Didn't know about this new place, convenient location close to the highway. Was not too busy this early afternoon. Service was good, would come again.

Pleasantly surprised to see a new Starbucks has opened in Gravenhurst. The location is nicely built, on the main drag (Bethune Drive) in the Giant Tiger plaza. The have a large drive through which was well-attended today.
We ordered a “Grande Iced Coffee with Vanilla Sweet Cream cold foam”, which they mistakenly made into a.Vanilla Sweet Cream cold brew, and a “Grande Half Sweet Caramel Macchiato”, which was perfect.
The drive through wait was longer than normal, but the customer service was exemplary. They were apologetic, and polite.

The parking lot exit is quite tricky due to reduced visibility caused by an overgrown tree to the left, and a hump on the road to the right. BE CAREFUL!

4/5 because although the Vanilla Sweet Cream cold brew is not what I ordered, it was good, and the Caramel Macchiato was a perfect temperature and level of sweetness. Due to “incorrect drink being made” and “staffing shortages”, the star reduction was indicated. The reduced visibility exit is not their fault.
