“We visited this campground for the first time on the July long weekend. We had an RV site and several friends rented the camping Cabins. We were a bit concerned that it could be hectic given the long weekend but we were so pleased with the friendly staff and long term campers around us. Very family oriented place. Every car slowed down when we were walking or biking with our young son. The pool was great and well supervised. Our friends were very pleased with the simple, affordable cabins. Once the long weekend was over, the campground was even more quiet and enjoyable. Great job to all the staff. Look forward to returning again.”

“Absolutely loved my time and the Gravenhurst KOA. Location is perfect. Minutes away from town. Couldn’t be any closer to the bike trails. Staff were amazing. Very friendly and they did an excellent job. The place is immaculate! Not litter, grass cut and trees cared for. I highly recommend staying here. I’ll be back soon.”

“My dogs love the park and getting to run. It being fenced in helps alot using it to help train the puppies with recall running one end to the other and things to climb on. Everyone cleans up after their dogs and it has motion sensor solar lights for night time. Love it so much”

“Great place to catch some bass! The ramp is decent but the parking is on either side of it - so if its busy you have to wait to get out. There's only enough room for 10 trailers or so. Get there early!”

“It's a really nice location by the lake. Pretty drive to get there too. So it had all that going for it. As for the food it was okay. My burger was pretty average for this area. Staff was great and dropped by twice to check on me.”

“I am a bit torn about this place. I really love the view, and the pure fact, that one can have public access to this beautiful spot. I the summer time, the tiny little beach provides a spot to cool down. The walk in is very shallow for about 30 feet plus. Weeds in the water can be a downer in this experience. That little bit of beach does not have enough space to lay in the sand, and it should be left to the little ones to play in. However, there is a nice piece of lawn, not to far away, where one can relax on a blanket. Another downer is, that the boats ramp is very shallow. I tried backing in my pontoon boat, and could not get it of the trailer, because the water was too shallow. It was deep enough thought to almost run into my hatch of the car. Big plus is the Silver Pines Restaurant, in walking distance. Look it up, here on Google maps for details.”
