But it DOES happen!), and I was on a tight deadline, the manager of Kawartha Credit Union Huntsville did EVERYTHING within safe banking protocols and her legal power to ensure I made my deadline! She even met me at the branch over an hour early the following morning to assist.
I would be remiss if I didn't mention the caring concern of all staff members at this branch as well.

Liane single handedly earned our business after we had already visited 3 of the “big banks”. She made time, was professional, knowledgeable and personable. If she speaks to the level of service we can expect, we are customers for life. Thank you!
