Just bought a Cannondale e-Bike from Matt and Jim. Easy to deal with and very supportive. Had some minor issues with FedEx (nothing new there) and a glitch with the bike's controller but they were responsive... immediately.

Thanks SO MUCH to Kristi for helping me out on the trail. Had a flat 10 km in and started to walk it back. Kristi happened by and not only gave me a tube, she helped me change it! So friendly, helpful, and kind. I will most definitely stop and shop in her store when in Huntsville or Gravenhurst. I loved her pump and have to get one!

Brought in my 12 year old mountain bike for an inspection and tuneup. Kate worked her magic and got everything set up and working well. Only replaced 2 needed cables and had it back sooner than expected at a very reasonable price. Will definitely be back.
