(November 10, 2020, 7:36 pm)I was having a really terrible day with my old phone that smashed the screen the representative of Telus Danielle Ward even though it was her day off she went above and beyond to get me help that I needed to either fix the phone or get a replacement phone so she took me to Bell, she took me to The Source she took me to Walmart to make sure that I was able to get the phone I wanted and she just went above and beyond. I recommend going to see Danielle at Telus for any help of your Telus plans.
