“I purchased my MerryGo bike from 171 Electric Bike Company about a month ago & love it!!! My husband is an avid biker. I am not. I have barely used a bike for the past 20 years, mostly because I would just slow him down. This bike enables us to go biking together. I actually pass him going up big hills, which is a riot. This bike has lots of spunk. You can use as much or as little e-assist as you like. It is wonderful to ride around town and the battery seems to last forever. We have only charged it once so far. Additionally, it folds up easily to fit in a car or van. We recently loaded up our bikes for a day of wine touring in the Niagara area, & the bike worked perfectly. I am looking forward to more e-bike excursions!!!”

Despite facing crippling supply-chain issues due to the pandemic they were able to provide what I needed. Most importantly, their Covid prevention precautions are exceptional with pre-scheduled appointments, being met at the door and guided through the store, to minimizing points of contact (they held the door open for me) to avoid cross-contamination. It's easy to support local businesses when the service is this good.”
