“Only reason this wasn't a 5 star review was the lack of respect while waiting at the line to be registered. Many minutes just standing there in front of the worker being ignored completely - some simple eye contact or a smile and "Hello, I'll be with you in just a moment" would eliminate the awkwardness everyone in the waiting room was feeling. Raised eyebrows and snickers because everyone had been rudely treated. HOWEVER the actual reason we were there - blood work - deserves 10 🌟 stars! My daughter's veins are so tricky that even the pros at Sick Kids needed to put her under before establishing an IV. Blood draws are typically awful for her. But the one we had this week was perfect and over before we knew it. My teenager was so relieved that no digging around in her arms like techs usually do was needed. The tech (who's name we unfortunately never got - she has a lovely accent) really took her time before poking (probably 2 minutes) to get things perfect and it worked like a charm with the actual poke being just seconds long. THANK YOU! We'll definitely be back!”

“While visiting MyHealth Centre - Huntsville for an ultrasound today I met the most pleasant health care provider that I have ever come across. Rodney was kind, helpful, personable, funny and professional during my visit today. After waiting over a month regarding an ultrasound requisition that was sent to the Huntsville hospital I was getting quite frustrated as I still have not heard anything and decided to have the requisition sent elsewhere. I chose the MyHealth Centre in Huntsville based on a previous positive experience there. Rodney called me within an hour to setup an appointment which I was able to get done the same day. The service was prompt, friendly and definitely worth acknowledging a job well done. Thank you Rodney for being great at your job, you are a huge asset to the health care community.”

How sweet is that! Agh! Jotham went up an above what I needed for my test! We some issues he was just amazing , friendly, and I can’t thank them both enough for a great visit !
